My areas of special interest and expertise include depression, anxiety, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, parental challenges, relationship issues including challenges experienced as a result of adjusting to parenthood, grief and loss, and adjustment to new or stressful life circumstances. I have advanced training in Maternal Mental Health. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients in order to support individuals and couples in achieving goals they have set for themselves using a client-centered, trauma informed and strength based approach. I am a registered social worker in both Alberta and Northwest Territories.
